The Full Board Paddocks
The only place the horses prefer over their stalls
Half day turn out in style. We have 5 Paddocks of approx. 2acers each. Maintained to keep grass throughout the entire growing season. All paddocks have some form of shelter weather it is a grove of trees or a carport shelter, sometimes both. And all is a short walk from the barn.
If the weather is perfect we let them extend to the whole day. Bringing their grain to them in the paddock so they can enjoy a cool day or a lovely evening on the grass.
Pasture Management
Maintained with annual fertilization, regular bushhogging, and weed control.
Shelter
Some form of shade and shelter in each paddock. Just a grove of trees or a carport shelter. They have a place to duck in out of the elements.
